Our agency promotes and protects the human rights of people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities while improving their quality of life and to actively support their full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes.

To ensure that people with physical limitations and intellectual developmental disabilities have the support that they need to live an ordinary life in society with highly respected and improved quality of life measures as an American citizen.

OUR COMPANY

We are a certified agency provider in the State of Ohio. The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities has certified our company to offer services to the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Community (IDDC) within 88 counties. We believe in best-fit options and consumer choice. In other words, our team is trained and well prepared to deliver quality services to our consumers. Upon analyzing the consumers’ needs and expectations (consumer and guardian), our staff is chosen to service the client based on a best-fit practice. Best-fit consumer match is achieved by considering the staff’s professional experience, training, and skill sets to match the services offered. We offer interviews of our staff to the consumer upon request.

Weather Policy – Weather-Related Delays and Transportation Notice

Level One: All Day Support Activities, HPC, and Transportation Continue: Travel with precaution. Visit our website for closure updates.

Level Two: All Day Support Activities, HPC, and Transportation Closed: All events, programs, and classes will be canceled, and facilities will be closed except the staff/programs’ 24/7 care, which will remain open.

Level Three: Emergency Closing at Facilities: Buildings will be cleared of members as quickly as possible. Guardians/parents will be notified to make arrangements to have their loved ones picked up from the facility.

Weather: Transportation Notice

Please be sure to have pathways and driveways clear for transportation vehicles. If these are not clear for our vehicles, the client cannot be picked up. Keep in mind our policy is that our drivers can only wait 15 minutes for pickups. If you have any questions, please contact a member of our team.
