Major Unusual Incident (2 Hour Training)

8 Hour Provider Training & Renewal

This is a course designed for service providers and caregivers who work with individuals with disabilities. The program provides an overview of the latest techniques, policies, and best practices in the industry to ensure that the providers are equipped with the right knowledge to provide quality services.

Crisis Intervention Concepts

Crisis Intervention Concepts is a training program that teaches techniques for intervening during a crisis with individuals with disabilities. The program includes topics such as identifying behaviors, preventing escalation, and developing coping strategies.

First Aid, AED, CPR, & Covid Safety

This is a course that teaches basic first aid, CPR, and AED techniques, as well as guidelines on how to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This course is essential for service providers and caregivers who work with individuals with disabilities.

CPR Application

This training program teaches you the essential techniques of applying cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), including chest compressions, rescue breaths, and the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs). Visit here to apply.

Medication Administration (Cat 1, 2, 3) & Renewals

This is a program designed for service providers and caregivers who are responsible for administering medications to individuals with disabilities. The program provides training on medication categories, dosage calculations, and how to handle medication errors.

Adult Day Support Documentation

Leadership Training: Knowledge & Skill Set Assessment (KSA)

Multi-System Youth with Complex Behavior (6 hour training)

Multi-System Youth with Complex Behavior is a 6-hour training program designed for service providers and caregivers who work with multi-system youth with complex behavior. The program covers topics such as behavior management, de-escalation techniques, and crisis intervention strategies.

Effective Communications and Follow-up for MUI Investigations

Effective Communications and Follow-up for MUI Investigations is a program designed for individuals responsible for investigating MUIs. The program provides training on effective communication strategies, interviewing techniques, and follow-up procedures.
